The tool removes attachments from Zendesk through the use of the redaction feature.
The timeframe for removing attachments from Zendesk is fully customizable. We typically recommends that attachments are extracted 30 days after tickets are closed.
Removed attachment can be accessed through this site, or via the Attachment Storage Offload sidebar app.
If your subscription ends, you will have 3 months to download your data before it is deleted. After this time, the data will be permanently removed.
Unfortunately Zendesk does not allow attachments to be added to existing comments.
There is no minimum contract length! Use is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
